Many people will want to read materials about the bill and Student Peace Alliance.  Sometimes people will just walk up to the table and take a look at the materials that are sitting there as they walk past.  You want to make sure you have all the necessary materials to explain the bill and to excite people about the work of Student Peace Alliance.

Here are the Youth PROMISE Act materials we recommend having at your table.  Tip: Have all the people who will be tabling become familiar with these documents before they table.

• YPA Call-In Scripts - Scripts for people to use when making the phone calls.
• Tracking Form- A spreadsheet to have at the table for people to write in which Senators they called.
• YPA Executive Summary- summarizes each section of the Youth PROMISE Act.
• YPA Overview and Need- lays out the problems that the Youth PROMISE Act sets out to solve and how it proposes to solve them.
• YPA Key Highlights- identifies the aspects of this legislation that we feel will make the most impact on the field of peacebuilding.
• Organizational Endorsements - a list of over 250 organizations in the country that support the Youth PROMISE Act.
• List of Senate DC Office Phone Numbers - this list has the phone numbers for every Senator, organized by state.  It also points out whether the Senator is a current co-sponsor of the legislation
